This book has a famous (and swoony) hockey player who our female lead literally runs into in her small town whilst trying to avoid the town gossip girl.
A fake dating relationship ensues as well as the sweetest grandmother there ever was, a slow burn romance, a lot of quick wit, and a small town Valentine’s celebration (think Stars Hollow if Sookie was in charge).
Courtney’s books are wonderful. They’re funny and sweet and feel like home.
