I appreciate Lara sharing her story with me. It is heartwarming, sometimes gut wrenching, often smile-inducing and a charming story. The characters were easy to fall for, and it has a small-town feel. It’s character driven more than romance, though there is a love story woven in there.
I read this really quickly and truly enjoyed it. This is the perfect spring read and could be best enjoyed outside while listening to the birds, wrapped in a cozy blanket with a cup of tea. Delightful! You’ll likely cry, smile, and feel a sense of peace after reading this one!
